  • I wish I had read these reviews before called them to come out to snake my main line. On the phone the dispatcher quotes the $99 price point, however they don't tell you til they arrive that price is only snaking the main line outside of your house. To do any work inside the cost will just three fold. To make it even worse the joker who did come out tried to make it seem as though I wanted him to lie on his paperwork for the job by asking him to do the work at the quoted price. Please folks don't do business with these people. I have had excellent results with Pats plumbing for much better people and prices.

  • I second HTGT's review and had a similiar experience, and it seems that many other agree on InsiderPages and other review services. DO NOT USE C&P! I don't normally take the time to post reviews, but my experience at C&P has been so poor that I decided to share (the one in Virginia not Utah). We were referred to C&P pluming through a home warranty service to fix a broken hot water heater that flooded the basement. We scheduled C&P to come as soon as possible, which was a Saturday appointment between 8am and noon. After planning our whole Saturday morning around them, we received a call at 11am to hear that they were not coming because of a faulty hot water heater. I understand that equipment fails, but I would have expected to be contacted before 11am for an appointment scheduled between 8am and noon. I also would have expected some effort on C&P's to reschedule quickly. Instead, from there, C&P was completely inflexible in rescheduling. They would only schedule in four hour increments from 8am to noon and noon to 4pm with no visibility on when they would arrive. My roommates are all teachers and requested that we receive the first appointment of the day on a Tuesday. If for whatever reason we did not receive the first appointment, we asked for a call and clarity on timing. One teacher had a substitute fill in for her in the morning in order to meet C&P but needed to make it to school by noon. At 9am we called, and the office manager said that we were not the first appointment of the day and that the soonest the technician would arrive is 11am. Work would take over an hour, so we rescheduled again for Saturday at 8am. Throughout all this rescheduling, everyone we spoke with at C&P from the technician to the office manager has been rude, unprofessional and completely unconcerned with client service. I understand they have their policies, but after a canceled appointment and a basement still full of water, they'd much rather tell you what they can't do instead of what they can. The only reason we have not canceled all together and gone elsewhere is that we are renters going through the landlord's home warranty service.
